					<description>Actually, those friends of yours are freeloaders. Plain and simple. They ARE using a realtor, but don't want to admit it. The MLS listings they are searching are created and paid for by realtors, the listing itself is marketed by a realtor.

The buyers agent is no longer someone who has access to home listings and shows people around. They have to be a consultant in a way. Perform market research, give out advice and speed up the problem. People who think they can do it all themselves using the limited online MLS searches they find on some agent's website are idiots.</description>
